What HuatIQ is, and isn't

What HuatIQ is. HuatIQ is an independent information website and app. It shows Singapore Pools TOTO and 4D results, lets you check your own tickets, and gives plain-English statistics on past draws.

What it is not. HuatIQ is not a gambling or betting site. It is not affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by Singapore Pools (Private) Limited. We don't sell tickets, take bets, handle any money for betting or give betting advice, and we don't accept gambling ads.

No prediction. Every TOTO and 4D draw is random. Our statistics describe past draws, and generated numbers are random picks. Neither can predict a draw or improve anyone's chance of winning. Zodiac and other themed lists are for entertainment only.

Accuracy. Results may be delayed or contain errors. The official results published by Singapore Pools prevail; check before claiming or discarding a ticket. We give no warranty about the data, and any reliance on it is at your own risk.

18+ and help. HuatIQ is for people aged 18 and over. Set a limit and only spend what you can afford to lose. If gambling is harming you or someone close to you, call the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline on 1800-6-668-668 (free and confidential) or visit ncpg.org.sg.

Who we are

HuatIQ means the HuatIQ website and the HuatIQ iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using HuatIQ you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. HuatIQ is offered in Singapore and Malaysia; amounts are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD).

Not affiliated with Singapore Pools

HuatIQ is an independent service. It is not affiliated, associated, authorised or endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with, Singapore Pools (Private) Limited. We do not sell tickets or accept bets.

Results are for information only

Draw results, prize amounts and ticket checks are provided for information and entertainment. They may be delayed or contain errors. The official results published by Singapore Pools always prevail; check your ticket with Singapore Pools before claiming or discarding it.

No guarantee of winning

Lottery draws are random. Number generators, statistics and analysis are for entertainment only and do not increase your chance of winning. Nothing on HuatIQ is financial or gambling advice.

Age and responsible play

You must be 18 or older to use HuatIQ. Please play responsibly and only spend what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, free and confidential help is available from the National Council on Problem Gambling, helpline 1800-6-668-668. [Malaysian helpline — needs legal review]

Your account

Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Your nickname is permanent once set and is shown to other users in places like leaderboards. Your nickname and any keepsake wish you seal must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Ticket scanning

When you scan a ticket, the photo is processed by Google Gemini to read the ticket. On the free plan Google may use submitted images to improve its services, and human reviewers may see them. Only scan lottery tickets and don't include anything with personal details. Scan readings can be wrong; always check the numbers against your ticket.

Free and paid features

During our launch, members' tools (such as the number generators and full draw history) are free for anyone with an account, within usage limits. We may introduce paid plans later; features and prices will be shown before you buy, and purchases in the apps are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. [Subscription and refund terms — needs legal review]

Acceptable use

Don't scrape or copy our data in bulk, interfere with the service, get around usage limits, or use HuatIQ for anything unlawful.

Advertising

HuatIQ shows a small number of sponsored banners, always labelled "Ad" (广告). Ads are sold directly and approved by us one by one. We don't use ad networks and don't track you across other apps or sites.

We don't accept ads for gambling or betting, number "tips" or lucky-number sellers, adult content, alcohol, vaping or tobacco, loans or moneylenders, crypto or forex schemes, or political or religious causes. Advertisers are responsible for their own offers; tapping an ad opens the advertiser's site.

Liability

HuatIQ is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on results, scans, statistics or generated numbers, or from the service being unavailable. [Limitation of liability wording — needs legal review]

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. If the changes matter, we'll ask you to accept the new version in the app or on the website. [Governing law for Singapore and Malaysian users — needs legal review] Questions: support@huatiq.com.
