Delete your HuatIQ account
In the app
Open HuatIQ, tap your avatar, then Delete account and data. Confirm it's you and type DELETE.
On the web
Sign in, open Settings and use Delete account.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, scanned tickets and their photos, saved numbers, totals, budget and settings are deleted immediately. We keep an anonymous record that a deletion happened (no name or email). Database backups and logs expire within their retention period. See the Privacy Policy.
Can't sign in? Email support@huatiq.com from the address on your account.
删除账户：在应用中点击头像 → 删除账户和数据，确认身份后输入“删除”。账户和数据会立即删除。
